Part 2 – Clear & Harmonize

Mind – learn to reframe mental programs & old stories, meditation & self-talk

Body – understanding ascension, evolving from carbon to crystalline, importance of water, setting up supportive routines & daily habits

Soul – investigate earth’s torus, male/female integration, divine self & universal alignment, Oneness & Sacred Alchemy

The workshop culminates with a self testing technique for your personal self healing awareness.
