Sound sensitivity

About 12 years ago, I became overly sensitive to sound. I could feel noise so acutely, the effect on my energy of surrounding external noise became unbearable. I felt beseiged & vulnerable, my energy system bombarded by sound. My stubborn ego self refusing to surrender to Oneness, maintaining separation at all costs. And, it kept getting worse! Here are my strategies, coping mechanisms & understanding because I now know that noise is life & in attempting to shut out noise we are trying to control our environment & resisting the flow of life!!!
1. Accept the noise – stating “that is noise” allows the noise to exist without emotional judgement or attachment.
2. Pass the noise – allow the noise to pass through the gaps between the cells in your body, without grasping.
3. Match the noise- toning the same frequency as the noise creates sympatico & removes separation creating Oneness. Perfect for this week’s full moon in Leo – let it Roar 🦁
4. Remove yourself – noise may be a higher guidance indicator that there is somewhere else you need to be. Tune in & ask ..
5. Nature connection – fully connect with Mother Earth, walk barefoot on the earth or sand to release excess electrical energy built up in the system.
6. Shake it off, dance, set yourself free!!!
7. Drink plenty of water … to increase your connection to the flow & creativity of the water element …
As our consciousness increases we will hear, feel & emote to higher level frequencies & vibrations, perhaps hearing high pitched noises, strange tunes or recurring humming. Like radio waves these higher vibration sounds carry codes, messages & downloads. The universal law of non-attachment suggests we recognise noise and remember the golden rule ….
