A tale is told that the Boddisattva or enlightened one on reaching Mount Marpori in Lhasa cried buckets of tears for the suffering of humanity. From this a beautiful lake was created from which a beautiful lotus grew from which a beautiful goddess, Tara emerged. And, like the lotus, she came in various colours, red, blue, white & green representing the various temperaments & aptitude of Tara herself.

Call on white Tara for compassion, laughter, love & longevity. Green Tara for courage & emergency aid including financial assistance. Try red Tara for magnetising your desires or blue Tara to transmute anger into peace.
