The Earth Star is a point located 10-18inches below your feet. This chakra acts as an anchor to connect your etheric body to the earth’s magnetic (feminine) field. A strong earth connection enables you to draw vital energy & support & dispel excess electrical (masculine) charges from the body. This chakra holds information in response to our karmic patterns & DNA programs & links us to the earth’s grid, the collective & a bigger picture of our greater universe.

To activate your Earth Star you need to consciously make the connection. To feel the earth beneath your feet, walk barefoot on grass or sand … Imagine a tree whose roots spread into the earth below as far as its branches above!
