Breathe is life … Pranayama meditation
“Prana” literally means energy, air, or breath, “Yama” means body. Pranayama brings air to the body via the breath. Pranayama meditation seals the actions of yoga movement and stills the spirit within.
a meditation technique to balance the left/right brain hemispheres
& harmonize our inner male/female.
Place the thumb of the right hand on the right nostril, pointer finger on the third eye space, ring finger over the left nostril.
First, block the left nostril, breathe in through the right, block the right nostril, breathe out through the left.
Breathe in through the left while blocking the right nostril, out through the right.
Continue the cycle to ten counts initially, building as you continue the practice …. Om Shanti
