The book may be old but it contains a lifetime of information. Adrian Emery talks consistently about the energy & power of the single grain, just like the ‘OM’, the single grain contains the ‘all that is’ so we need to ingest as much as possible this raw unadulterated pure essence of food source. Adrian developed whole food café’s early in the 70’s throughout NSW & Tasmania introducing diners to natural foods using pure grains, organic vegetables & the most important ingredient “LOVE”.  He embellishes how important it is to cook & eat & create with respect for self, the environment, the food & the space & place. He talks about how the relationships of staff, those making the food should be harmonious in addition to where the food is sourced.
