Sky understands that awareness, consciousness & meditation must be found amongst the chaos & confusion of daily life. Her techniques are gifts for life & the knowledge shared a constant source of inspiration.
One of the major fundamentals of Sky’s teaching is to “Stop & Drop”, an awareness technique to shift energy from your head to your heart. Most of us are wearing out our brains with constant thinking. When you drop into the space of the heart, there is peace, rest & the ability to connect to the source of all things. Decisions & actions coming from this heart space are easy, simple & all empowering without the fear, doubt & confusion of the often ego-centred mind.
Sky holds regular meditation classes in Woolloomooloo in Sydney & wonderful retreats at her property in The Promised Land, Bellingen Valley, NSW. She has made several speaking tours to Japan & has recently returned from a sacred pilgrimage to Peru, South America.
