Visiting Venus – 120 year transit

Last week, outshining the Sagittarius full moon & partial lunar eclipse was a transit of Venus across the sun. The voluptuous planet of Love appeared as a little black dot as it retrograded the fiery master & was minisculed by the giant. This transit which occurs in pairs every 120 years heralds an increase of Venus’ characteristics on the planet, including: love, peace, romance, creativity, feminine energy & sexuality, aesthetics, pleasure & all things beautiful. The challenge here is to open our hearts even further, to break down the walls of lack & limitation by courageously facing our shadow self. It’s not all ‘rose-coloured’ glasses yet as the darkness of our shadows must arise for healing. This can bring both internal & external conflicts to the surface!

 We must also take note of Jupiter’s progress into Gemini where it sits for the next 12 months bringing expansion, prosperity & greater freedom for the lively twins!
